Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for KES 200 per order. You can add this option during checkout and include a personalized message for the recipient.
Can I make a purchase without creating an account?

Yes, we offer a guest checkout option. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future purchases.

Most of our UK brands run true to size, though some specific brands may have slight variations. We note any sizing particularities in our product descriptions and size guide.
What materials are used in your baby clothes?
Our products are primarily made from 100% cotton or cotton-rich blends. We prioritize soft, breathable fabrics that are gentle on your baby’s sensitive skin. Material information is listed in each product description.
How should I care for my baby's clothes?
Most items can be machine washed at 30°C and tumble dried on low. We recommend washing dark and light colors separately and avoiding harsh detergents. Specific care instructions are included on the product labels and descriptions.
Do you sell anything other than clothes?
Yes, we also offer select nursery items, blankets, accessories, and gift sets. We’re constantly expanding our range based on customer feedback.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.

We offer shipping throughout East Africa and to other African countries via DHL

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number to track your package or check your order status by logging into your account.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Return shipping fees are waived if you drop off returns at our physical store.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 3-5 business days for M-Pesa payments and 5-7 business days for card payments.

We import all our products directly from trusted UK brands. We personally select each item for quality, comfort, and style.
