We receive new stock weekly from our UK suppliers. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for KES 200 per order. You can add this option during checkout and include a personalized message for the recipient.
Can I make a purchase without creating an account?

Yes, we offer a guest checkout option. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future purchases.

Do you have a loyalty program?

How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. We recommend selecting sizes based on your baby’s weight rather than age for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, size up as babies grow quickly!
Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our UK brands run true to size, though some specific brands may have slight variations. We note any sizing particularities in our product descriptions and size guide.
What materials are used in your baby clothes?
Our products are primarily made from 100% cotton or cotton-rich blends. We prioritize soft, breathable fabrics that are gentle on your baby’s sensitive skin. Material information is listed in each product description.
How should I care for my baby's clothes?
Most items can be machine washed at 30°C and tumble dried on low. We recommend washing dark and light colors separately and avoiding harsh detergents. Specific care instructions are included on the product labels and descriptions.
Do you sell anything other than clothes?
Yes, we also offer select nursery items, blankets, accessories, and gift sets. We’re constantly expanding our range based on customer feedback.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been processed yet, which typically happens within 2-3 hours during business days.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk order discounts?
Currently, we do not offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Nairobi: same-day delivery for orders before 5pm
  • Other major cities: 3-5 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping throughout East Africa and to other African countries via DHL

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number to track your package or check your order status by logging into your account.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

Yes, orders over KES 15,000 qualify for free delivery within Nairobi. See our Shipping & Delivery page for a complete breakdown of shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Return shipping fees are waived if you drop off returns at our physical store.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 3-5 business days for M-Pesa payments and 5-7 business days for card payments.

We import all our products directly from trusted UK brands. We personally select each item for quality, comfort, and style.

Can I visit your physical store?

Yes! We welcome you to visit our store at Greenhouse Mall, West Wing, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
