- Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays for Nairobi & environs are delivered the same day
- During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

- Processing: Our team carefully prepares and packages your items
- Shipping: Your order is handed to our delivery partners
- Out for Delivery: You’ll be notified when your package is out for delivery
- Delivery: Our courier will contact you when they’re nearby
